Brandon deserves a raise, I brought my car in at the end of the day with an urgent repair in which I would need my car back the same day , Brandon was quick and efficient, got me checked in right away and within minutes, my car was pulled in for repairs. Brandon was kind, friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service. I definitely recommend you ask for him if you need any repairs from Discount Tire.

Staff was knowledgable and courteous. Price was fair. However, I had a 10 am appointment and they didn't start working on my car until 11:50 am. What's the point of having appointments if you don't honor them?

Absolutely Astounded at the service I got here. The guy Justice deserves an award! My family and I Just bought a home in Ann Arbor. I considered driving back to Farmington because the service at these shops aren't always the best. Man when I tell you these guys were zipping around getting busy. He jogged off came back with a mallet and a drilled and by hand went wheel by wheel wailing and drilling them off I took him about 20 minutes of real manual labor. After removing them he put on a lug nut for each tire that he removed the wheel lock on. This was so above and beyond and the s

Fantastic place. The Manager, Nick, gets things done efficiently. A true car person as well, he knows his stuff and differences in tires from actual comparison experience (including testing out at Ron Fellows). Also, this place balances tires better than anywhere I've experienced before.

I visited for a tire issue after finding a screw in the sidewall. The staff inspected it and clearly explained the condition. What I appreciated most was that they did not push for a replacement and only provided guidance based on the current situation. That made the experience feel honest and trustworthy. I decided to replace the tires for safety reasons and went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Overall, the service was smooth and professional.
